this sounds like they will give me one right?
When I called yesterday they told me there is a high priority note placed on my account instructing the CSR to replace your phone with Touch when it is available. Out of curiosity I called back to see if I can place an order now so I can have the phone on monday. I just spent 3 hours and finally got someone to do the replacement order for me and got the confirmation #.

The reply you got from them is even better because now you can use that email as proof they try to give you hard time.

Just email them back now and say process it please. Because by the time they get to your email it will be 4th anyway, so they should be able to ship one out in the early shipments
