They should, Did you get the employee ID & the name of the person that promised you? You might want to get it ASAP because I am sure a lot of Mogul Users will be calling for this and eventually sprint will realize that everyone is doing this and put an end to it!
For my Touch, I had the supervisor put a high priority note on my account and made sure I got all his info if just incase CSR tries to be smart with me when I call tommorow!
