HTC Touch won't update ROM correctly

Also, did you format the card fat32 first? Did you rename the .nbh to VOGUIMG.NBH and put it in the root dir of your card?

It only formats to FAT not FAT32 also once formated it has no Root Directory

I would recommend that you read the heck out of this thread http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=20370 you have flashed a non-GPS unlocker and that is why you are unable to flash a GPS "current" ROM.

I don't get it could you send me a link to the GPS unlocker?
It says - 0.41 Version (this one has overwrite protection like the 2.31, but is non GPS)
Use this one if you are not currently using/flashing a GPS radio/rom.
(not fully installed correctly until you see 0.41.CoKe) No GPS?

I have posted three links in this thread that will tell you what to do. You currently have a NON-GPS SPL loaded so now you need a NON GPS ROM to load up and then you can start all over with the correct SPL 2.31! This happens all to often that a person for one reason or another flashes the .41 SPL instead of the 2.31 SPL. I'm not sure why when it clearly states that is for non GPS ROMs but people do it anyway.
You will need to read through the links I posted find your NON GPS ROM it is linked in one of the threads I have linked and flash it then start over. But you will need to make sure it is NON-GPS or it will give you the same results.

Okay so I unlock it using .41 then load a Non GPS ROM, then unlock with 2.31, then I flash the stock ROM

The .41 unlocker is NON-gps.
The 2.31 unlocker is GPS.
The original .40 unlocker should overwrite the .41spl.
I don't think you can just run the 2.31 unlocker now but I guess you can try it. I think what you need to do is put your vogue in bootloader and it should say serial on the screen. Then attach it to your 32bit OS (XP or Vista 32bit) PC and then it should say usb. Then run the .40 unlocker and let it finish . You may have to run it a few times until it says .40 coke for your spl. Then I would flash the stock shipped rom and then you should be back to stock ready to start over. If you still want to flash to a custom rom then by all means do a lot of reading before you try again. Codybear's faq is a great resource.
