The .41 unlocker is NON-gps.
The 2.31 unlocker is GPS.
The original .40 unlocker should overwrite the .41spl.
I don't think you can just run the 2.31 unlocker now but I guess you can try it. I think what you need to do is put your vogue in bootloader and it should say serial on the screen. Then attach it to your 32bit OS (XP or Vista 32bit) PC and then it should say usb. Then run the .40 unlocker and let it finish . You may have to run it a few times until it says .40 coke for your spl. Then I would flash the stock shipped rom and then you should be back to stock ready to start over. If you still want to flash to a custom rom then by all means do a lot of reading before you try again. Codybear's faq is a great resource.
