Rom won't load/flash.

I cannot load my Rom. I had vin's rom going and it was working well.
Although I decided to venture out and attempt to put gps on my phone

I used PDAJunkie's guide (superbly written) although, I unlocked with .41 unlocker, tried to unlock it with 2.31, doesn't show the spl. Put the sprint nongps exe format and no avail. doesn't boot up and i'm basically stuck in bootloader mode.

I think you should flash the shipped stock rom:

That should get you going again. It says in pdaphonejunkie's thread to do this and soft reset before customizations run. Did you follow all his steps?

Just a suggestion try flashing a shipped Verizon ROM. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=19071

yeah. i thought of that, although i can't find the vzw shipped exe rom in the stock links section.

and horndoctor, your link doesn't work? if it does, it should be my internet.

ok. just quick question. its an nbh file.
i used the rru that cokeman said should go with the nbh and i ended up getting the 240 error about the file not being found. what should i do?

Check whether the downloaded image is placed in the directory of RUU. If for some reason the ROM image is not located in the RUU folder, you have to download the RUU and retry again.

You can also flash via SD card if you have a 2 GB or less FAT 32 formatted. Load the nbh file to the root of the card rename it VOGUIMG.nbh insert the card and place the phone into bootloader it sometimes takes a few tries but as long as the nbh is the only thing on the card it should work.
Also if you are using the RUU method be sure to rename the nbh to RUU_signed.nbh then it might work.
