If I flash with this rom (with radio 3.37... when it officially comes out) and then upgrade to a custom GPS ROM with higher radio (eg 3.43...), will I be able to downgrade back to it? I wanted to make sure that if I have to return the phone, there won't be any problem.

Yes you will be able to downgrade

so if i dont care for gps, is this a stable rom if i let the customiztion to take place?

ok good
im still on stock so is there any way to revert to original if i dont like it
and all i do is set it up with active sync and run the exe right?

If your still on stock this is a great upgrade for you.
You will not be able to revert to your phones current rom but you won't want to do to the fact that you'll get:

And yes just hook your phone to active sync and run the exe.

I am sure it is. And I will probably try it but I am wondering if there is any way to get the original ROM for Verizon now that we have this test ROM? The reason I ask is because if you flashed to the MR1 on the Titan you had to flash back to the original rom to be able to flash to a custom ROM and have the GPS working.
