or use Vijay555 Its in the all programs... I use S2U2 with a Dark Knight theme and am not having problems

mrarlyn, for locking, included in this rom under programs is the Vijay555 device lock on wake program. It works very well. Or, you can always install S2U2 yourself.

I will look at Internet Sharing.. I had not used it and I knew I hadnt changed anything from 2.3 so I just kind of assumed it worked!

THANK YOU FOR THE INFO ON DEVICE INFORMATION! I did NOT know that and it helps A LOT in figuring out why it happens! I left it alone before because I had absolutely know idea what caused it...

You guys do have to remember this is Beta 1 so there will be bugs and I am glad everyone is telling me what they are so I can trouble shoot them and hopefully fix a lot in beta 2

hi, i just flashed this rom to my sprint touch and I really like it except for one problem. every now and then, when i get an incoming call and i try to answer it, it takes a really long time before the phone app actually answers the call and sometimes the other person will hang up before I can get a connection. Most of the time though it works ok and is pretty unresponsive.

I've tried a hard reset, and I'm using slide to answer. If anyone has any ideas on what it could be that would be great.

This may be the same bug that was in 2.3. I think there was a fix for it. Do a "Search This Thread" for answer call or something similar.

Yes there was a fix.. worked for some not others..

Well the carriers made them lol
Its just a little application that is scheduled to run on boot that reads from a text file called config.txt and installs and runs the files listed in the background and then deletes itself and the start up shortcut after its done then reboots itself..
You can get autorun and build a config.txt (its real easy) or use tier auto installer like I do because its less hassle

I've noticed the same thing. Audio in general is noticeably less, but especially the ringtone. I'm using the exact same ringtone I had before, as it was a one I made and had on my mem card. System and Ring volume both all the way up.

This morning, with 2.4 Beta 1, I actually had an incoming call, and I hit the green hardware button on the phone instead of using S2A's software interface, and it froze.... I mean froze mid-ring and kept vibrating but wouldn't anser, etc. I had to soft-reset before I could use the phone again.

I haven't tried BT yet. I will later, but I am having a few other problems. My Internet isn't working. When I open Opera or YouTube, I get an error message.

I have the exact same mp3 files on my mem card that I had with 2.3, all of which played just fine, and now only two of them show up. When I tap "Library" to try to set things up, the title bar says "Audio Manager" but the audio manager never come up on the scree. It will not let me view the library. Also when I go to the start menu/programs and tap audio manager, nothing happens.
