I really like this ROM and I must add as a definite and total noob to this, you made it very easy. The only issue is with my GPS, it doesn't seem to ever want to lock on and pick up satellites, dunno if something is missing or what?

Make sure your location settings are on and install shadow-tech's fix. if you dont wanna use the fix I would reccomend trying seasgee to prime your GPS. (attached .cab). I used it before I found shadows fix and it seemed to help.

Another option is Alltel Navigation. I dont know why but it locks on really fast with or without the fix. the attached file will give you a 30 day trial but after that its 10 bucks a month.

I really like 'Beta-10-11-08.exe' only problem with that ROM is when I keep the power button pressed to shut off my phone, it doesn't do anything.

Can anyone help with this?

try and extract that file, and then drop it into your windows folder using activesync and see if that works.

Still having issues with the second weather page with a theme. I'm not sure why. Double checked the entire xml file, replaced the small weather icons with those in the post, and ran that cab, then reset, reactivated touch flo. Grrr. I when I have the second page active, it just shows nothing, just the city name.

Thank you for this info.

I ended up flashing to the latest Alltel ROM, unlocked, flashed to ConFlip's ROM and did the Shadow GPS update.

All is well and the GPS is uber-fast now.

i am haveing troubles, i need a newer base for PIE6 to work. so i am trying to go to 20755. but when doing that, the keyboard does not work. so i am trying to get all of that figured out. So that is what the hold up is.

edit- Got the keyboard figured out, got PIE6 working, but it has a hard time finding the home page, but that is easy to change. Also during Customizer PPST cant be found, not sure why this is. I will try and upload here soon, so everyone can test.

It will have bugs, but at least everyone can play with it.

Uploading now, It does have errors, i am working through them. this is very early stage, i am hoping to give everyone an insight of works coming though. but needless to say 18 of the past 24 hours i have spent on this. So it is time for a break.

here everyone goes, It is very early still. with lots of work that needs to be done.

Hey con, I just noticed something. I seen there was a update for M2DC but instead of updating the program it just installed a 2nd one. now theres 2 M2DC's on my phone. Is this due to cooking it into the ROM? If so maybe it would be better to leave it out and we can just install later so we can keep up with the current versions. I use Apptodate and it dosent recognize it either.
Any word on wether the update will show the RevA icon in RevA areas?
