Sorry ... was looking for this in my archives ...
I know you need a cab, because an OEM folder requires a new rom, which will hard-reset your device ... I have NO personal experience with this program. HTC Data Backup 3.x

I don't know about Spb Backup v2.0, but it's older versions sucked beyond reasoning. It would literally takes 20-30 minutes just to backup and sometimes over an hour to fully restore. I demanded a refund since then and have used Sprite backup without problems. It backups and restores in just a few minutes to my memory card directly (Spb would take several times longer to backup to the card)!
