Re: Vetvito's Sexier Windows Mobile 6.1.1

I've always experienced horrible battery drain (much more than other softs) with igo8. The tts is tempting, and the UI is beautiful (especially the 3-d buildings they do) but I could never get it to work as well as tomtom.

TomTom is super easy to use.

What happens when you install it to cause the problem?
It says street names like "turn left at <street name>" instead of "turn left in 1.25 miles". Once i set my destination, i don't even have to look at the screen because the street names are announced.

I would say TomTom is more user friendly than igo8.

Igo8 doen't seem to like your rom for some reason. When I try to load the program, It gives me a loading cursor for a few seconds and nothing happens. I checked the task manager and nothing is there.

i use destinator 7, which has the same text to speech technology. it works well with vetvito's rom. not quite as pretty as igo8, but interface is a bit more intuitive to me.

First you need to make sure you are looking for things that have to do with your device, not just any HTC device. This is a Vogue subforum *cdma HTC touch."

You need information on the Herald. This forum does not have any subforums on the Herald, so I would recommend the xda developers forum.

They have a dedicated subforum for your device, just look for the section that says Herald.

Additionally, I am pretty sure spb shell work on 6.0 so you may not have to flash to download it.

If you have anymore questions you can pm me. Do not post them here.

If you have a question and expect an answer, you are going to have to give a bit more information on what you mean.
