Need Help Fast
loaded your rom and now stuck at the HTC screen for 5 minutes, soft and hard resets and nothing same result, NEED HELP FAST

remove the battery for one minute then when you put it back in hard reset.

For the poster having trouble with touchpal:

TouchFlo 3 is NOT your problem. You are using a 6.0 touchpal installer, you need to go to their website and download the 6.1 version. Then it will work fine.

I'll second this. I'm about to reflash something else because its frustrating that I can't turn my in-call volume down. The diamond app only gives me access to system volume and ringer volume, neither of which seem to affect the volume of the other person's voice.

I'm gonna try installing this app first, tho: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=395695 . Its a finger friendly volume changer, and the developer just got it synced in with the volume key. (Still won't open if you hit the volume icon tho, so you can still access the diamond app if you want.)
