[quote=zero157h7;306790]I have read like half of the pages in this thread and not found an answer, so pardon me if it has already been discussed, but, I am having a problem with HTC Home.

Every time I install it when I go to today screen settings and try to put it on my system locks up, and if I soft reset it will not boot without locking up almost immediately.

i was having the same problem zero. what i did was a hard reset(or just uninstall htc home that you loaded), load .net framework and then load htc home plugin 2.1 (the NON-HERMES version). let it install, soft reset. worked like a charm! hope it works for you! you can find those two files here!
http://www.pocketemu.com/download8.html home plugin 2.1
http://www.pocketemu.com/download7.html .net framework here
by the way, GREAT WORK VITO!
very stable rom for me!=D>

Sweet, I will try it when I get home. I really like this rom and I was using the Hermes version. Does it matter which version .net I install?

To install this rom, just run it while in activesync? or do I need to do something else?

its a custom rom so you need to make sure its your phone is unlocked and you have at least a 3.35 radio.

hey zero, i think there is only 1 version of the .net. i also used the hermes version and it would lockup as soon as my phone started. just do a hard reset (hold send+end then reset button on the bottom of the phone for those that dont know =) ) and just load the .net & the NON-HERMES version! you should be good :)

Yeah I got the hard reset, and tried HTC Home several times before posting here. Thanks again.

Are you serious? Now I have a decision to make. Keep the sexiest ROM to ever grace my device or have my beloved HTC Home WITH customizations.

What a cruel and unjust world we live in.
