I don't think the black pill has been updated. He would have posted info if it was. I'm waiting on the update myself. I just flashed the current one this morning, due to a auto soft reset problem. I would get off a call and like a minute later, it would soft reset. i don't mess with trying to figure out what the problem is. I just re-flash

Im hoping that he adds the messaging background pack to the Mogul Rom. I want to change my SMS background.

3.37.10 is alltel radio right? ...cant find a Sprint 3.37.10 but a 3.35.15 and dont want to blow it

i just swapped to a touch so this is still a little confusing to me.. would this rom work on the sprint touch? and if so, does that mean gps will work?

also, is there an official sprint rom coming out soon?

Vetvoto, thank you for this great rom, but is there a way to edit the start menu logo. I have tried extracting the flag.2bp and editing it, but it will not let me write it back in. I love the vista icon but im a really weird person and the white dots around the icon play on my nerves. I am not experienced enough to tweak the rom so i wondered if u can suggest any alternatives. tnx in advance.

this may sound stupid but I'm new to this, (this is my first PC phone) can you install this on a stock mogul or are there extra steps you have to do?

Your in the Vogue forum buddy, you need to head over to the Mogul forum, dont download this file onto your Mogul..

And radio 3.35 and up
Flash the Radio before the rom

If your not sure what I'm talking about here. I highly suggest you go to the Mogul forum by going to the forum home page and clicking on the yellow Sprint Mogul phone right at the top center. This will get you into the Mogul forums and read the stickys on flashing your phone. Before you do something wrong and render your new phone useless.

Hey Vetvito. I've tried your rom and I really like it. Is there anyway you can make a base vista version that include nothing but your icons and the cube and everything else default. I'd be willing to add things myself but I'm having trouble breaking down your .nbh into a kitchen. I could use your help if you're willing. I'm not a total noob to cooking but I'm not up there with you yet. I'll gladly give credit to whom it's due.

dont do that. bloated rom cookers work as hard if not harder than you and your oemish roms that were used from a kitchen that anybody else here could use. kkthx

man do ya research and read the first post his work is his work and I agree anyone can add oems to a rom now its just as easy as pushing play ...... I do not know where this is coming from since the rom was just posted yesterday? or what the attack was here but I can say this rom was not built with a kitchen that anybody can use .... so chill out man try it you might like it .........

I'll have to agree with JD. Vetvito isn't using a kitchen that anyone can use because I tried to break down the .nbh file and was unable to yet.... Keep up the good work vetvito.

Vetvito, love the ROM, it is the fast so far that I've flashed, and believe me I've tried them all........

Just have a couple of questions:

1. For some reason my caller id does not work anymore after I flashed your ROM, what is happening is when a call comes in that I have the number saved it doesn't always who the name that matches the number that I have in my contact list. Do you know what might have caused this? Or how I can fix it.

2. Did you also modify the cube? if so can you make a ROM that includes it also, or pass along the cab for it.

Flashed to this last night, and so far so good! I love the minimal approach to this one. If people start asking for this or that to be included, don't do it! Keep it minimal please! :-)

i haven't had any problems with the caller id but i sure hope i dont :'( not really missin the cube though :D i dont think i have ever once used it in the 8 or so months i have had the touch

Its Windows, shouldn't matter for carrier settings. Have you tried the running the IOTA.cab, or inputting manually?

one question, before i hard reset again, is anyone having an issue where when you press the start button, the start menu consistently takes several seconds to pop-down? If nobody else is, then I'll hard reset and start over :)

Working well with Bell with 3.35 radio. What is meant by "Official Diamond Rom ported XIP and SYS"? Does this ROM have those components from the Diamond?

I would love to try this ROM but the deal breakers are no album, and no cube. :(

Also, I wonder if it works with Alltel's MMS, no one othe other 3.XX roms do. :(

is anyone having trouble getting tcpmp working. this is the best rom i have ever used, but i cant get tcpmp working. every time i open it i get the error:

Unexpected program failure. Please send "crash.txt" to the developers. Program will now exit.

anyone else having this problem? or know how to fix it?

im still trying to duplicate this, did you do a pim restore?

Yes I restore after every flash but only my call logs, contacts, messages, speed dials and tasks. I use PIM Backup version 2.8.

The other apps that I have installed are:

Opera 8.65
Live Search (latest version from wls.live.com)
Google (latest version from google.com)
Total Commander (TCMD)
PHM Registy Editor
