Re: Vetvito's Sexier Windows Mobile 6.1.1

I took the 3.2.1 ROM file, extracted and upped the page pool to 16. NOw this thing flies and no longer have that issue with my dialpad coming up slow. One thing I did notice, when I set up PIM back up and restored my messages I noticed a minor lag with ROM, but after a soft reset everything seems to be fine. I wonder if PIMback will affect this ROM performance in the long run?

One more thing I tried to install touchpal v3.0 and had no success. I attempted 3 times and still a no go. It would say installed successfully but after a soft reset and check my input, it's not there, what's up with that! Does anyone have a work around to get it to install.

Sounds like you're using te 6.0 cab. Make sure you download the touchpal cab for wm6.1, should fix your problems.

It says in the OP that you need to use DCD's carrier cabs. There's a link on the first page.

Re: Vetvito's Sexier Windows Mobile 6.1.1

Anyone else having issues setting the default ringtone? I've tried about 5 times and it keeps reverting back to "Ring-innovation" as the ringer. I was able to set all other sounds/alerts, but not the main ringer.

Nevermind, guess it didn't like mp4 format (which I've been using on previous ROMs with no problem). Converted them all to mp3 and they work now.

Re: Vetvito's Sexier Windows Mobile 6.1.1

Anyone get the sprint picture mail to work? I tried the reg hack that I always use when IE tries to open up the full blown sprint picture mail website with no success. Any help would be appreciated

Re: Vetvito's Sexier Windows Mobile 6.1.1

Why can't I type with this rom?

I can do emails inside FlexMail, but I get warning beeps when trying to type letters in SMS and POutlook. Specifically letters -- I can type numbers, but no letters.

I've tried v3, v3.2.1. I've done soft reset, hard reset. I've tried right after a fresh flashing, before installing anything else. It's bizarre.
