Re: Vogue GPS 3.02 Kitchen - Updated

Does anyone else here use DirectPush? It seems I keep getting Support code:0x85010014 errors on Activesync using DirectPush after upgrading my rom with this latest Kitchen release.

Re: Vogue GPS 3.02 Kitchen - Updated

I searched the thread and didn't see this issue, so I'm guessing I'm the only one.
Contacts refused to load for me if I selected the following 3 options in PIM:
HTC Random Access
Inbox menu extensibility
PPCContacts Manager

When I had those three loaded it refused to open contacts... it would briefly show "contacts" at the top, then "crash" back out to the today screen.
As it was late, I didn't feel like reflashing 3 times to figure out if just one was causing it. So I just stripped them all and it works fine.

Thanks for the effort! hope this is helpful for you.

Hey Nex, do you ever have instances where ActiveSync appears to close or get closed for no obvious reason?

I ask, because I recently noticed that ActiveSync is quite often not running for me ... litterally, the application does not appear in the Task Manager.

I started to attempt to track this down and it seems that if I launch contacts, eventually ActiveSync will close. I have rebuilt a couple of times and it still occurs. I am using the default touch dialer and not using an add-in PIM.

Maybe I'll increase my pagepool and see if that has any impact ... it is set at 12.

Best regards,
-boggsie

Has anybody else encountered an issue with JiveTalk not working with kitchen made ROMs?

Re: Vogue GPS 3.02 Kitchen - Updated

One thing I see differently off the bat on this update is the signal strength meter... It now has the thicker bars instead of the Sprint's thinner bars...

Here is a link for those that would like to correct/change this: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...21&postcount=9

Edit: This register was missing, so I added it to get and got the thin bars back...
