Hey i am confused, do i use the tcpmp in the new kitchen, or do i install the version i have on my memory card?

If I upgrade to this Kitchen will I still have the option to change my phone setting to roaming only? Thanks in advance.

Yes. That setting is unhidden in this kitchen.
