I'm not sure if i get it... do these install like cab files or do i have to do something special to my phone... I see the word kitchen and cooked rom thrown around alot on this site. the only upgrade i have done is htc upgrade from the website. I want to flash my phone wit a new rom but im not sure which of these thousand would be safe on my alltel touch. I use my phone all day everyday so im very cautious about playing frankenstein with my phone (atleast not until i understand this alil more) can you guys help me out a bit

These are OEM's. They are like cabs, but for those that build their own roms. If you are not comfortable about playing frankenstein with your phone lol...Keep reading the upgrage thread some more until your ready.

OEM - For those that create (cook) their own Rom

CAB - For those that want to install something on their existing Rom

looks like A_C just released a new version of S2U2 (v. 1.13 -- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=412418). Don't know if it's worth it so soon, but if you get a chance would you do another megapack of s2u2, s2v, and s2p? Thanks!

I got a bunch of errors w/S2u2 v1.12, so I personally reverted back to v1.05. I'll wait and check it out the thread and see if it's stable enough...If you must have it, Install it to your device then copy the 3 .exe files to the OEM. They are iLock.exe, S2U2.exe, and S2U2 Settings.exe. Then rename the three to add a "000-" to the beginning of the name so the OEM can pick them up!

It's called "today clock" filed under "today plugins"...

<Item name="Today Clock" group="Today Plugins" checked="True">

and it's v1.1. Works good as is out of ppcgeeks_oem.rar

any chance of creating an oem of the newest version of pocket digital clock; apparently there were a bunch of bugs that have been fixed since 1.1 came out.
