Dangit, I'm getting an error when trying to flash to the Sprint ROM (the one in the first post of this topic). It says:

I am using a Vogue though, with the stock Bell ROM. It does show the RGB color screen when starting as well, then the loading bar shows up, but it just cuts out about 5 seconds after (still at 0%).

Any ideas? :(

Edit: On the RBG screen, it says VOGU100 / SPL-0.36.0000 / CPLD-3 if it helps.

I have the htc logo stuck on the startup screen. How do I flash the leaked ROM to fix it if I cant sync from the stuck screen. Thank you!

Put the phone in bootloader mode: Press power, camera, then the reset on the bottom...then you may flash!

*bump* Any help with this please? :( Should I try unlocking first even for the Sprint ROM?

I'd try unlocking first, but yah usually you don't need to unlock if you are flashing a stock rom.

Ugh sorry to post this but I'm still having gps issues. With the 3.37.15 radio and either the sprint leaked rom or OMJs stock sprint, or omjs custom, I can "see" up to 12 sats but no locks at all even after being outside for a while. Any ideas?

Would there be any point to try those kickstart files again?

Ah, success, it works! Flashing at 8% as we speak! Must be something with the Bell ROM.

Got it installed and running well! :) Thanks for all the help bud.

About the GPS, since I've never used this before, how would I check for satellites and such?

I just loaded Google Maps on and checked "Use GPS" but it keeps saying "Seeking GPS Satellites (0)...". Is there some other options I need to change before hand?
