Oh, I definitely know how it got turned off. Long before I dared upgrade my Radio and Roms, I turned the GPS radio off in the Phone Settings to extend battery life as suggested in the registry tweaks thread. I had just totally forgotten about it. :disgust:

Try http://www.hellorapid.com/, hit "enter public service", then hit "rapid share". Copy/Paste the original rapid share link into the field and it will let you download, no wait, no kitties...:twisted:

Please help... i think i was a little over zealous and pooched my phone. I unlocked it and everything went fine. Put on OMJ.WM6.1.GPS.Custom.Bell.exe it loaded and when the phone turned on its not getting past the first black screen which says HTC Smart Mobility.

You have to load the Sprint Leaked ROM 1st to update your radio which its sounds like you didnt do. What you have to do now is hold down the camera button and turn on the phone. Then load the Sprint leaked ROM. The load the OMJ Rom. Good luck.

When i do the soft boot does the usb cable need to be connected or do i wait till the phone reboots to connect and then run the sprint rom update or does that need to be running before hand. Also i'm with Telus does that make a diff.

are certain roms radio specific? meaning that I can't flash their rom if i'm using a leaked sprint rom versus a leaked altel rom.

i unlocked my phone with imcokeman's 2.31 unlocker, flashed the rom from the first page to get the 3.37.15 radio, and flashed omj's full custom verizon rom...

can i just flash someone else's rom now, or do i have to do something else?

I had the same problem, way prefer V2. I found installing V3, then uninstalling V3, then installing V2 worked fine (as suggested in this thread)
