those reg edits seemed to have worked although my [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\InternetSharing] "Extension"="rilphone.dll" was "Extension"="isext.dll" removing it works, internet/streaming/gps still work ok.

Speed test at test.lvcm.com is a java based test, but I am not sure how to save it to a file, and load it into jbed version of java. This one is based out of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Im new to this forum and so far I am really enjoying flashing my phone. I finally found the perfect ROM. I loaded the Java v2 version of the ROM, but I get knocked down to 1X Speeds. I have gone through the processes to upgrade in previous posts and I have topped at 905kbps before. The OEM and the Custom version give me full Rev A speeds. Is Rev A disabled in the Java version and is it possible to enable this?

I am on radio 3.37.15.

I am new to this forum and just upgraded to OMJ's custom Verizon rom.

Everything went smoothly for the most part, however I no longer have a data connection. Voice is fine though.

I have read that several people have also encountered this issue, however no one has posted a possible fix.

I was wondering if anyone has had any luck restoring data to their xv6900's after losing it?

:???:Verizon's splash screen gets a little unstable when I start the device. There is a green flash in the animation that I don't think was there before. I just reflashed my device and noticed it. During device startup, is anyone else seeing this green flash in Verizon's fire animation? Any thoughts?

does anyone have issues with MSN LIVe search always crashing after you close the program? also, the SIP Change never saves the setting. e.g. upon reset, it always goes back to the default htc keyboard ..anyone else have issues with this? please add this to your list of things to fix on the next version..

Has anyone figured out how to change the skin on Touchpal V3 using this ROM? I keep getting an error about how it isn't being installed to the same directory as Touchpal.... Thanks.

I have same issue too.
Another big bug in this radio is related somewhere to GPS. Although it works fine with common applications like Google, GPStoday etc. It crashes and my system clock to reset to 8:00pm everytime I use Garmin. This happens only after couple days. If I hard reset everything including garmin works perfect for couple days. I will try to install garmin on my Axim and watch if it also crashes. That may be holding Sprint from releasing this radio officially.

I have the same problem!!! It takes about 5-10 minutes and sometimes longer to find the network again! AaRoN, do you have GPS working? I did the same thing you did last week...flashed OMJ's full custom on my Verizon XV6900, but I can't seem to get a GPS lock. I see sats, but never a lock.
