please help!!! first of all thanks for all the incredible work all of you do! I have tryed to search for info on this but I couldnt find anything. I ran OMJ rom after running cokemans unlocker. but I think I screwed up, I let the "sprint" setup run after the cokeman unlocker. I was able to install the OMJ rom but now im stuck in the htc start up screen. i tryed running the cokeman unlocker again but I get an error that it can not connect. Thanks in advance for all the help!!!

Just wondering why there is only a link to the Custom Bell ROM on the 1st post and no OEM version. I see the OEM is still in OMJs upload dir, is it still safe to use? I'd prefer OEM and just add the apps I like. Thanks!

i just called and said amessage told me it couldnt be authenticated. they said try 228 and all and i did...dont think it helps. so you can save some time and either A. do *228 and option 1 and 2 ... (active/find new towers or whatever) or you can just tell them that u did 228 already. they should switch you to a teir2 tech person. they can apparently change some settings from their end.

i assume based on various reports that they will disable the akey authentication requirement from their end.

i dont have an akey set on my phone and it works.

was extra annoying for me because i didnt have another line. they wanted me to be on another phone. so if u can, call them from another line. but it a relatively painless process. they shouldn't harass you or anything they probably just try a few things and it works. you really dont need to give them a reason. i said i just got my phone yesterday. which was the truth....maybe they figured it was an issue w/ the new activation.

not to get off subject... but is it possible to change up the cube's animation and icons off this rom? i put in some brn files but it just changed the red icons to blue after the animation ... the animation is still red.

i backed up the files but i'm wondering if this is something the rom wont allow to be changed/overwritten??

OMJ, Awesome rom!! love it. I was using it for a week and then decided to upgrade the radio to the the leaked sprint. However I missed the section about running ppst.exe from windows. I can not connect. Is it due to my vzw PRI or the lack of? I can no longer connect to internet. Any help from anyone to get this stored will be greatly appreciated.

Called VZW tech support - played dumb - did an excellent job as usual - and they had me dial some numbers, soft reset and test a couple things.

*832 after they did some stuff on their end. Then Soft reset.

Calls work now :-)

again not to be off subject, but just trying to get some thing sorted out and make them closer to verizon stock.

that quick launch in the right and the battery meter ... how would i go about getting those back? i'm getting used to the thin battery meter at top and all but i dont need two dates. removing the top date in the registry of course hides volume and part of the signal icon. bummer.

I'm pretty sure this is Touchpal V2... I have like 4 different ones.
