I'm confused by what you mean by PAN. Is that like using the phone as a Bluetooth Access Point/hot spot? Or do you mean just the standard BT tethering?

JD,

BT internetsharing is working great on your 7-25 rom. Thanks so much.

PAN is Personal Area Network, though I'm not sure what his post is referring to. If he is referring to BT AP/HS as you mentioned, I don't think our phones (or any other phone) have that feature, therefore it doesn't need to be fixed. But, if our phones are capable of this I would definitely love to know how.

I would also like to say a big thank you JD for all of your contributions to the Vogue forum. You will be highly missed, as I know chefs may find it hard to try and create what you have done. Good luck with the Titan, maybe I'll have to get one now too...

I'll still be around I'll just have to have a tester for my Vogue roms and they may not be as frequent

jd, i flashed your hybrid rom and i have to say i love it. it is so clean and fast! two small gripes i have though, and it's not a bug or anything, but when i click an "x" to close a program, it doesn't close completely and i find that i have to go to the task manager to completely end the task.

is there a faster way to do this?

also, when i am using the gps chip, the phone doesn't recognize that i want to keep the screen on like when it's plugged in (it does keep the screen on for windows media player though). what can i do?

Programs not closing is not the fault of JD's rom. That is the way WM works, just look around for some software that includes the feature (Quick Menu, ILauncher, or Pocket Plus). With your GPS problem, find some other software that controls the backlight or just go in and adjust the backlight settings on the Vogue when you are using the program.
