Re: Rev. A Speed Tests - Please Post your results

id also like to know how to run a test via speedtest.net. i guess thats a screenshot of your PC through some sort of tethering? Not really sure how to run that. Thought tethering with laptop/pc costs extra? I have unlimited data plan.

Re: Rev. A Speed Tests - Please Post your results

EDIT: guess i answered my own questions.... Read this a couple times in a thread: "and just a heads up...: the 6900 out of the box is EVDO-A capable, Verizon just has not activated their network yet. Give it 2-3 months and Rev-A should be up online."

Ouch a couple tests on a Verizon Vx6900 running JD's Hybrid Rom,
with PdaNet tethering software i just bought (cool software!, Internet Connection Sharing didnt work, webpages redirected to verizon's 'Do you want to pay for tethering extra costs' webpage ):

with Rev A in EPST set to Disable:

Rev A in EPST set to Enable:
