Batman, did you get the loading screen to pop at all? For the first (very small) nbh image, it should just say loading.... and then you'll have to soft reset it and load the second image onto your card. The second one asks you to hit the power button to proceed.

Did you pull the memory card out with the VOGUIMG.nbh on it?

Yup, I was kinda praying that that would fix it, but it didn't change anything.

Edit: Okay, its been sitting for 10 mins, I guess I'm gonna try the hard reset now.

what version is the radio on the phone, it should be displayed in red when booting up?

My next hunch is that maybe my battery is too low to boot, so I pulled the battery and plugged it back in and I'm gonna let it charge for a bit...but its not doing the solid amber light like it usually does, its flashing instead.

Not sure but maybe what Hoby did might work for you ussing mtty.
Which will allow you to run the unlocker and then run the Alltel rom.
