OMJ - I just flashed to your V7 rom, but it does appear to have the Sprint customizations; Music, Sprint TV... Is that correct?

It does if you let the customizations run. I haven't tried it, but I believe you can hit cancel on the customizations screen to stop it from running.

I don't think there is a cancel option, just 'ok'. Do I hit 'X' or soft reset or something? Thanks.

Yes, you have to soft reset right before the custimizations start...

Yes, Sprint TV, Live Search & Music are included in the ROM. They were added via OEM.

Sprint Customizations will not run, just User Customizations, so if you don't have UC on your SD card, it will simply reset....no need to soft reset to bypass.

OK, I've tried both; just flashing and allowing everything to do it's thing, and I've tried to soft reset during the 'customizations in 3 seconds', but neither worked. I still get all the sprint crap on there. I don't have any 'user customizations', so nothing on my card would be affecting this.

So, is there any way to avoid or not install the Sprint stuff? Thanks.

I just said.....Sprint TV, Live Search & Music are included in the ROM, meaning they are cooked in the ROM, just like all the other included programs.

The 'customizations in 3 seconds' is for UC only, so if you're not using UC, it wont make a difference if you soft reset or let it run.

OK, when I read below (from the first page of this thread) saying Sprint Customzations have been removed, I thought you were referring to Music, Sprint TV, etc. Guess not.

*UPDATED 3/15/2008* CE OS 5.2.19716 BUILD 19716.1.0.0

**NOW HAS USER CUSTOMIZATION v2.0!!** (thx Sleuth @ xda)

This custom ROM is based off an OEM Sprint ROM w/ 6.1 ported over. Sprint Customizations have been removed, but all the cabs can be found in \Windows.
