OK, I've tried both; just flashing and allowing everything to do it's thing, and I've tried to soft reset during the 'customizations in 3 seconds', but neither worked. I still get all the sprint crap on there. I don't have any 'user customizations', so nothing on my card would be affecting this.

So, is there any way to avoid or not install the Sprint stuff? Thanks.
