omj, hetalp might be the one to help. I think that what is needed is all the rom address locations to load the components. colonel posted a couple days ago inquiring about a vogue ppckitchen. You three should hook up and work it all out. Myself, I'm comfortable with the kitchen as it is now, but others would benefit from the gui based kitchen. hetalp could provide the rom addressing info needed to colonel, and of course omj the details/tweaks on the vogue rom to colonel.

From JD's rom:

Removed SQM
Modified mx_ipnotify.vol to remove sqm alerts
black welcomehead.96.png ( windows boot splash )
disable error reporting
enable cleartype text
remove customer feedback

Do you currently have any of these features in the rom? If not, can you look into these features? But I don't know what SQM is....

I like it. I just loaded it up. Ive only had it on a few minutes but smooth sailing so far.

Anyway to add a unique theme to one of these? Vista, I Phones, Anything? Just a thought.

having activesync issues with this...anyone else? the usb works, just wont sync. i turned of the firewall and still nothing. it was perfect in v7.

OMJ, did you forget to put in the custom city data base plugin thingy or whatever.. because with the new v8 version it wont upload the custom city's weather
