yes, the one is the upper right is from QM....I always change mine to percent only.....I mentioned it earlier in the thread, but to remove the Vistahide battery gauge, delete the link in \windows\startup.....soft reset.

*EDIT* I musta read your post too quick....well I'm using version 4 too. I dont have the stock battery icon, I have the clock.
The ROM has this reg tweak for the dialpad popup issue:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shell]
"ShowTitleBarClock"=dword:00000002

You can check & play with these reg settings:

Clock
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shell\
"ShowTitleBarClock"=1 (enable)
"ShowTitleBarClock"=0 (disable)
Battery
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shell\
"TBOpt"=dword:1 (enable top battery meter) You may have to add TBOpt dword if it doesn't exist.
"TBOpt"=dword:0 (disable top battery met)

Use the Clock edit you have and use this for the battery:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>Services>Power>ShowIcon=0

I have uploaded the customizations here:

ftp://ppcgeeks:ezupload@up.ppcgeeks....print.Autorun/

i can't seem to get rid of the date time from the title bar. i tried changing "ShowTitleBarClock"=0 (disable) and it worked but left some text overlaying the standard battery icon...

uh yeah, v5 comes default w/ time & date, I think it's new w/ 6.1, those reg tweaks were for my earlier versions that had only the time or battery icon.....I haven't looked into how to change it yet.

Re: OMJ WM6.1 Custom ROM

OMJ - I installed v5 and (hope it's my imagination) IE response times increased significantly. And it was consistant with all the websites I goto.

I unistalled and went to a previous version and speeds are back to normal now.

meaning IE was slower or faster? The only change I made the would affect IE was this reg tweak, suppose to make it faster:

"TimerWheelSize"=dword:00000005 from......

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\Tcpip\Parms]
"TcpWindowSize"=dword:00018000
"TimerWheelSize"=dword:00000005
"TcpMaxConnectRetransmissions"=dword:00000006
"Tcp1323Opts"=dword:00000001
"TcpMaxDupAcks"=dword:00000002
"EnablePMTUDiscovery"=dword:00000001

The timerwheelsize and the maxconnectretransmissions are supposedly the biggest reasons why it increases. I plan to add the wheelsize to my next (hopefully very soon) release.

Re: OMJ WM6.1 Custom ROM

Sorry - I should have been clearer. IE has become slower in v5.
