I have been fighting with Tech Support tryng to get them to send me a TP2, they say that they can't send me a upgrade device ...they want to send me a new one... they place a request for a Supervisor to return my call but to see if this could be approve but no luck yet....

same here,another tp on the way but it's the 3rd and i got a supervisor to tell me about the policy and send a email to confirm that if this tp fails as the others have that i would be upgraded to a tp2 to solve my issues,he claimed that they had to take proper steps and blah,blah,blah.........but i do have the email and even called cs to have them check the notes in my file and it's there lol,so another week or two and i will be calling again,u can bet $$$$$$$$ on that

that is what a tech support rep told me that since they showed that this was my second device they had to send me a third one before they send me a TP2, so i will see how far i can get with the Supervisor.....and if i can't get through her then i guess i will have them send me another TP and hopefully it get mess up so i can finally claim my TP2

any feedback on what should i tell the Supervisor since we are going to be talking via email........

this is gonna be my 3rd in 2 weeks no all with true issues, first the keyboard on first replacement,and then bleeding screen on this one

I'm still talking with a Tech Support Supervisor, and she is just not givin up,

this is what a sent her last via email:
, what will happen if I was to accept and have you send me the same model (another device) again. Then I get to have again tech issues which I know this will happen, do you guys just keeps sendin same model devices until the customer gets tired of calling for the same thing and keep the non working device? "

she has not replied back and it has been some time since i sent her this message. she is trying to get me to upgrade but i not doing that ....no way... I can chat with her all day if she wants to until she gives up........let wait and see what she replies....

Sorry guys. I dunno. That's lame! You guys are talking to Tech Support not customer service right? I told them that I had read that the phone was having major issues all over and that people were having to have them replaced left and right and that I did not want to deal with that. I said that I paid for a device that would work and signed a 2 year contract and that is not what I received and as such they needed to take care of it. Tel them you'll take your business elsewhere! Tell them that if they cannot resolve the issue that you'll cancel your account and not pay the cancellation fee since it is not your fault that they did not provide you with a working device! Get mad! Good luck, and maybe after you guys succeed I will see you on the TP2 device threads. So long for now, and thank you num5kull for all you have helped me with!

does any one know how often can someone submit a lost phone claim to asurion without loosing the benefit for a year (i believe) is it onces every calendar year, or is it a year from when the last claim was filed?
