VZW replacing TP1 with TP2!

the rep i spoke with was awesome. i had a refurb sent to me that the slider was messed up on. anyway i was calm and polite. i told her i had a rash of trouble with the phone. i was on my 6th. she said she had dealt with a lot of touch pro returns. i made mention that sprint was replacing touch pros with tp2's due to so many returns. she told me that was exactly what she was doing. that was yesterday. fedex says it will be delivered on tuesday. i guess it depends alot on the rep you get and i firmly believe that the way you speak with them goes a long way with how much they are willing to help. im a restaurant manager and i know i always will go one extra for the complaint done sincerely and nicely and am reluctant to help the douche with a raised voice and an attitude problem. of course there are always exceptions to every rule.
