Ok, here's my question then. I have the TP on my line with TEP. My dad's line I just upgraded to the TP2. If I activate the TP2 on my line and the TP on his line, how will the TEP work?

if you decide to switch phones for the different accounts you may do that and then add the TEP when you switch to the ones you want to keep. then i guess the next day or whenever, you can file the claim if thats what you wanted to do.

will they give my TP a bad esn if they do decide to give me a TP2?

if you report it lost or stolen, the esn will reflect that.

depending on what you tell them. If you say its lost they may actually black list that. if you say its damaged they'll leave it on but may require you to return it or face the $300+ charge.

as far as switching between two phones you own you'll definitely keep a good esn

hmm, i think this is dead, just tried a claim online and this is what it said:

so it appears they have some tp1s back in stock

yeah they do have them in stock and thats why our failure rate is increasing. you might get someones TP1 from this forum! lol. thats why i think we should wait for a little.

i remember this happening with the mogul and i waited and kept checking back until i saw this one show up and i immediately continued...turned out i still failed because i had to fax back the affidavit -___-

What if I dont return it? what will happen?
