Yea very sad... its asurion that keeps tryna give me the alltel fone, not verizon. ive went into the verizon store a few times and they wont handle the claim for me like alltel used to. does any1 think it'd be a good idea to cancel my current claim and start a new one? any1 think it would work if i went into verizon and said i need a fone now, i cant wait until the next day to have it delivered??? lol they prolly say 'sir u havent had a fone since july... im sure u can wait 1 more day' lmao. at least verizon gave me a $100 credit for my insurance deductible and suspended my phone with no bill for 3 months after i told them i couldnt afford my deductible and wanted to cancel my service. 1 of the advantages of bein out of contract since 2007 lol

Can anyone help me, my phone is broke, and I would really like a TP2 since its my 6th TP1. I tried one of the local repairs and they offered for me to trade for something else, but would not trade for a TP2, claimed the computer would not allow her since its on backorder. Can anyone please help.

Call Customer Service. From my dealings with Sprint, it all depends on who has handled your replacements up to this point. If they all have been through the repair center, Sprint should have record of it and after 3 replacements you should get upgraded, but thats solely up to the CS rep and the supervisor. Asurion wouldn't upgrade me because they had no record of my replacements. And you have to have a minimum of 4 replacements (so I was told from a CS rep from them) before they would even consider you for an upgrade. HTH!!

what phone do you have now? do they have those in stock?

I have called customer service, and no luck so far. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated and I would be willing to pay for someone to help me with this.

so i have a tp. and i just ran into this thread. is asurion still replacing tp with tp2?
and do i have to file it as dmaged? can i say its lost/stolen so i get to keep it?

If you claim it as being lost or stolen they will put a bad ESN on is so you wouldn't be able to use it on the sprint network.
