Yea very sad... its asurion that keeps tryna give me the alltel fone, not verizon. ive went into the verizon store a few times and they wont handle the claim for me like alltel used to. does any1 think it'd be a good idea to cancel my current claim and start a new one? any1 think it would work if i went into verizon and said i need a fone now, i cant wait until the next day to have it delivered??? lol they prolly say 'sir u havent had a fone since july... im sure u can wait 1 more day' lmao. at least verizon gave me a $100 credit for my insurance deductible and suspended my phone with no bill for 3 months after i told them i couldnt afford my deductible and wanted to cancel my service. 1 of the advantages of bein out of contract since 2007 lol
