I want to get a HTC hero, I saw a couple people mentioning that they were able to get one. Anyone else able to get a Hero?

I may call and say that when I called the first time that they offered me a Hero but that I wanted to make sure what it was online first and call back...

What do you think?

Update: I just wanted to do an online claim like everyone is suggesting before calling and the phone I was offered is the STARCOM 6850... the TP. This really really sucks, is the deal over, what do I do now?

Mines been sitting in Murfreesboro, TN since they shipped it Friday morning lol, but shows that its still on schedule to get to me here in DE tomorrow by 3 lol

Man listen, I've been sittin here on the UPS site hittin f5 to see if there are any status updates. I've been glued to this laptop. Last update was that it left Louisville, KY at 3:09pm LOL

Got another update, just got off the phone with Ausiron and they said that the TP was back in stock. I told them that I had talked to someone earlier and that they offered me the Hero. They said that was not an option and that the TP was back in stock...

I quickly ended the call (going to call Sprint...)

Just my luck to miss out on this, anyone else with any updates new or suggestions?

Ya mines like an hour away from me right now and i wanna go pick it up soooooo bad I just keep the tracking window open on all my computers and they havnt been shut down all weekend (excluding my macbook pro which is never shut down) HA

Murfreesboro was the point of origin, last update was at 2:24pm Friday saying that it left the FedEx facility down there
