Asurion replaced one of my TP1 with a TP2 yesterday. Just received the TP last month(refurb) and it the screen went bad.

I just got off the phone with Asurion and they told me that the TP is on back order and they offered me a tp2 its going to be here tomorrow. Idk how long the TP will be on back order but HURRY!
I was so happy I didn't pay any attention to typos my bad. I just called the 800 number (800-584-3666) and I was sent to an asurion rep and the rep asked me about my prob and sent me straight to a supervisor. When I got to the supervisor he asked me a couple of questions about the problems ive been having and then told me he would make sure to send a brand new TP. He put me on hold for about 5 mins and then came back and told me the TP is on back order. He offered me the Treo Pro, Htc Snap, Blackberry Tour, and Blackberry Curve and then told me if I feel none of those devices are comparable he could offer me the TP2. Yes! Give us the number. And why did you go through Asurion? That option was given to me since I've reached my "maximum replacements for the year" but I thought it was ridiculous.
