Asurion replacing TP with TP2

so i got a tp1 for a tp1. now i guess ill be calling in and complaining.... any suggestions on what i should say when i call, any magic words? any common complains. please respond quickly guys!

Say the keyboard doesn't work, it's an easy problem to manufacture...
