I am telling you bro..The Journey I went...for example third party store try to hustle me on Oct 9th a day after this WEL Started ( 200 Bucks ) a Manager show me the list and had a "Yes" on it but didn't want to order it...then Sprint Corp Store denied me right @ the Door...and now I am screw because now TP2 is not in my list..

The store I went to always has the same two people there (I've been there before for accessories). The repair guy was pretty nice about getting me the replacement and the other dude didn't seem to care.

Truth be told, I'm in NYC, but I won't reveal the store I went to until after I get mine just to be sure they don't get swamped and turned off before I get mine.

Anyone in the SoCal area have any success? I just had my TP fixed the other day but it's broken again.

I'm willing to drive anywhere in SoCal, San Diego, LA, to Riverside don't care.

I understand. I would do the same thing...Sorry to say this Hidavi...Don't be surprise you get a different phone because now we don't have TP2 in our list..

For those who keep saying the TP2 is not on the WEL list it was still there on Wed afternoon. My corp store tried to order it but it was OOS. I went to a 3rd party store and the CSR was clueless and no help (big surprise there). The thing that most here are not remembering is that the replacement is to be a refurbed TP2 which is why they are not able to order. It seems that the scant few that are getting a TP2 replacement have either gotten a returned unit (purchased and returned within 30 days) or was able to get their store to order a NIP TP2 and swap out. We may have to wait for some time before Sprint starts to send out TP2's as replacements.

Any employees want to weigh in on whether the TP2 is still on the WEL list? We've been hearing he said/she said all day and it's been going both ways.

On a side note, it would suck if it's off. My corp store was willing to do the switch as soon as it came back in stock.

Bro, I agree with you but I think there is more Touch Pro users who have defective Touch Pros than the number of replacement Touch Pro 2s they have to swap out. I for sure have a defective Touch Pro, damn KB just died again. Now I have to go to the store and get it fixed. I will just wait untill they "OFFICIALLY" give the Touch Pro 2 as a replacement or wait for Asurion and give them $100 to get it fixed. Yes, "I will break the screen on purpose :}". BUT ONLY GOD CAN JUDEGE ME :mrgreen:

she never helped me satisfactory enough to want to deal with her again. but you can always contact your bbb and/or AG and file a complaint

I am sure you can ask for anyone in the executive Services deparment its hit or miss

can anyone confirm that sprint is still replacing tp's for tp2's? My keyboard died and I've been using the on screen kb to type but it's really annoying.
