PPCGeeks - Sprint replacing Touch Pro with Touch Pro 2!

Open the dialer and enter ##778# and select View. If Refurbishment Status shows No then it's not a refurb. If it's a refurb it'll be set to Yes and under that you'll see the refurb date.

I just took my refurb touch pro (replaced 2 weeks ago) back in because it wouldn't charge, bluetooth frequently disconnected, the call/end buttons are sticking above the case and it frequently freezes when just trying to open applications.

Another TP1 is coming my way sometime tomorrow. This'll be my third and for legit reasons.

I did not know there was a repair center in that area. I actually live up north and the closest repair center WAS between Howard and Parmer. Do you know of another one that isn't on their list?

nope sorry thats what the sprint tech on 38th and N lamar told me that they were doing it lol but ehh i dont care anymore its not like its a big upgrade

Its been 14 days and the store is still waiting for the OOS status to go away so they can order :(

Just got a call from the store....my phone is in...WHAT? I called on Friday and there was nothing to report....Sneaky sneaky...Hope it really is a TP2!!! Will update when I can!

So how does this ausurion thing work? I call them, they might offer me a TP2 for a $100 deductible. Do they charge it to my Sprint account or I gotta pay it from a credit card?

EDIT: I don't have TEP, does that matter?

Come on level 4 replacements... With less than 5 stores in my state I'm running out of luck. No manager wants to do a level 5 replacement.
