i also had a package of .8 pounds it was the TP2 with just a battery and nothing else included ( no charger ,no data cable ,no books ,no cd ,etc etc)

been awhile since i been in here...

my girlfriend completely shattered my touch pro...

but i did some reading and hadnt found too many success stories of people gettin TP2s thru Assurion...

is this possible?

it seem like this question has been answered a hundred times... but i just cant find it...

Asurion makes it easier to get a TP2 than Sprint. You dont even have to talk to anybody. Go to phoneclaim.com. Fill out the forms and it will tell you that the replacement is a 7XXX (i dont remember the exact number). Thats a refurb TP2

I'm really sorry for anyone who hasnt been able to get a TP2 through sprint. But, I got one a month ago and I really missed the led flashlight and the dpad. I use the flashlight everywhere. So I went back to the store and got them to order me a refurb tp1. They looked at me like I was retarded but they obliged. Just got it and I have to say that I really am happier with the original TP

b/c just my luck... they will send me the TP1 and i would have spent $100 for another malfunctioned phone...... smh...

Its before you put in your credit card info. You can check without making the claim

wow, i miss the light too but the size of the screen undoubtedly out ways a f-in flashlight. d-pad i haven't missed yet. it was always kind of weird for me how easy it was to push the wrong direction or function with it being all one piece. if i really need to push buttons i slide the keyboard open and use the arrows on it.

you know there are hundreds of people trying to get into a touch pro 2 who have brand new refurbished touch pro's. you could have just traded someone who is having a hell of a time and made someones day.
