I dont have that setting"? " mode of operation " i have a Sprint HTC Touch Pro. It says Local Settings, Roaming, TTY Mode, Time Sync, Voice Mail, Plus Code Dialing, automatic prepend, roaming alert, DDTM mode.

you would have to install a different dialer for that option.
I know you said you flashed to stock earlier, but did you flashed the shipped rom exe or did you just flash the dumped rom? It's important that you do the shipped one.

Also... it may be related to a temporary network problem with a nearby tower.

Shipped rom EXE is what i flashed with. I dont think it is a tower problem because i can make calls and send text messages but cannot recieve them and when i do make a call my text message sound will go off?

hmmm...sorry man. i'm out of ideas. i think you should call sprint and ask WTF. I can't remember if you mentioned before, but did you do a hard reset (clear storage) after flashing the shipped rom?

Also, did you verify that your radio and pri are the stock versions? Flashing the shipped rom takes care of that, but just in case...it's good to look and make sure.

Yes i flashed the stock radio, and relocked the phone. Did a hard reset after flashing too!

have you checked your epst programming? if your not sure what it is or needs to be, call sprint, they'll walk you through it.

How do i check my PRI? I updated it, i am not sure what the stock PRI should be. I did put the stock rom on and stock radio and relocked the phone.

flashing the shipped rom also flashes the stock radio, so you don't have to flash the radio. What about pri...did you check that? Start-Settings-System-Device Information

Flashing the shipped rom also installs the stock pri, which is 1.53
