RZ MultiFont Error - Page 2

like I said it not a problem. just something I noticed and giggled about. in no way was I trying to Bash Raid. and the use of multiple fonts is kinda cool, an added Custom factor.

High five. Hey while I gotcha here. quick question. So im on MightyROM now, to flash to a different rom, do I just run the rom through the RUU? or do i have to flash back to stock first? Thanks for all the help you've been.

just eithre run it through the RUU, or change the new roms name to Raphimg.nbh and put it at the ROOT of your SD card. then enter boot loader and it will start the flash for you. that is how I flash. I dont use RUU or USB connections. had an issue where the USB was bad and it fragged my Gimp Pro half way through a flash...

you don't need to flash to stock, just do a hard reset when your flash is over. flash from usb or card. I personally have never done a card flash.

I wonder if it is faster to flash from card? I will try this next time I flash a phone that has a storage card in it!

it seems to moove a bit slower from the card for me, but it is way more reliable. using USB with a new cord my device has a comm error about 8 out of every 10 tries. with the SD card method it works flawlessly every time. and one of my issues was my device lost comm with the computer mid flash. would NOT run through a full flash regardless what I tried. my card reader was used my my cat as a chew toy last week so I didnt have a good reader, couldnt drop Raphimg.nbh onto my card...

ended up going to best buy with my rom on a thumb drive and my SD card in pocket. plugged thumb drive into a demo laptop that had a built in reader, copied nbh to HD, then inserted my SD card to the lappy's reader and copied it over there. while I was doing this a salesman came up and asked if he could help me. I told him no, my Cell Phone was messed up and I was just using his laptop to transfer pirated software onto my SD card so I could get my phone back up. dude said he thought there was a policy against pirated software in the store, but about that time my card was done so I just walked away. I love best buy.

haha! pirated.. thats a lot of effort to flash! but to me, sounds like your USB port is bad, have you tried with mutliple cables? 80% failure rate on USB flash.. geez.

I am assuiming you have tried mutliple USB ports on your pc? maybe try a PCI usb adapter.. if you go to best buy to flash, may as well pick up a new adapter while you're there lol

yea, I got a card reader as well. I have tried all 13 usb ports on my desktop, all 4 ports on the laptop, adn 6 ports on laptop port replicator. used 4 or 5 different cables... My phone just dosnt like to flash via USB. no issue, I just drop raphimg.nbh on SD\root and away I go.

The pirated was from when Microsatan got upset about a few of the 6.5 builds being out and demamded that they be removied... I believe it was Juggs who had to pull a rom? actually now that I think about it, it was in Circut City right before they closed. the VZW kiosk was right beside the laptops and the tech there couldnt figure out what the hell i was doing to my touch pro. granted he thought it was a Diamond. Even argued that the diamond had the hardware keyboard where as the Touch Pro dosnt. freaking Newb!
