it seems to moove a bit slower from the card for me, but it is way more reliable. using USB with a new cord my device has a comm error about 8 out of every 10 tries. with the SD card method it works flawlessly every time. and one of my issues was my device lost comm with the computer mid flash. would NOT run through a full flash regardless what I tried. my card reader was used my my cat as a chew toy last week so I didnt have a good reader, couldnt drop Raphimg.nbh onto my card...
ended up going to best buy with my rom on a thumb drive and my SD card in pocket. plugged thumb drive into a demo laptop that had a built in reader, copied nbh to HD, then inserted my SD card to the lappy's reader and copied it over there. while I was doing this a salesman came up and asked if he could help me. I told him no, my Cell Phone was messed up and I was just using his laptop to transfer pirated software onto my SD card so I could get my phone back up. dude said he thought there was a policy against pirated software in the store, but about that time my card was done so I just walked away. I love best buy.
