Sonofa*****. I got it back after 3 weeks and now they say they need 10 days to put the new ESN into the system. I threatened to cancel my service and suggested that they overnight me a refurb by tomorrow and they agreed.
Now I have to wait till tomorrow for the refurb and prepaid return box for the one I have. Mine is kinda beat up so its actually an ok deal. On top of that, they also gave me a free month of service.

I think that 15 days is an acceptable repair time, but the other 16 are not. I think that the free month of service is good enough for atonement.
I made it sound like I was a business man who was going to lose lots if he didn't have a phone right away so that if I had to I'd go to T-Mobile to get new service and kill my Sprint one. Pffft, I'm a college student on vacation ![]() |

Wow I would have raised hell. I took mine in for a bad touchscreen and when the told me they could fix it I said how long they told me next day. I told them it was my business phone (it is) and I couldnt be without it more than a few hours (i cant) and they needed to make sure it was ready 1st thing the next AM. I went in at about 10am the next morning and was handed a brand spaking new TP cause of course they couldnt fix it that quick.
Dont let Sprint off easy. I had it with my moguls that they would send me one with a quick call I never had to go into the stores after the first one. They usually overnighted them to me free also. 3 weeks seems insane unless they have no new ones (unlikely) or referbs (possible) then demand a diamond or pre or what ever your heart desires. |

They didn't give me a loaner phone. Thank goodness for my half broken mogul, otherwise I was out of a phone for 3 days, and I just applied for alot of jobs.
Sprint has never tried to "fix" the phones. I either get new, or refurbished. Depends on the location I go to it seems like...
