Re: Touch Pro has been out for repair for close to 3 weeks now...

Wow I would have raised hell. I took mine in for a bad touchscreen and when the told me they could fix it I said how long they told me next day. I told them it was my business phone (it is) and I couldnt be without it more than a few hours (i cant) and they needed to make sure it was ready 1st thing the next AM. I went in at about 10am the next morning and was handed a brand spaking new TP cause of course they couldnt fix it that quick.

Dont let Sprint off easy. I had it with my moguls that they would send me one with a quick call I never had to go into the stores after the first one. They usually overnighted them to me free also.

3 weeks seems insane unless they have no new ones (unlikely) or referbs (possible) then demand a diamond or pre or what ever your heart desires.
