Now I have to wait till tomorrow for the refurb and prepaid return box for the one I have. Mine is kinda beat up so its actually an ok deal. On top of that, they also gave me a free month of service.

I should've done this a long time ago, but I'm going to call them demanding they just send me a new one if they haven't fixed it yet. I called this morning but they asked me to call back because their computers were down.
If this is how it is, then I'm not getting the TP2 cuz I can't be PDA phone-less during school, unacceptable.

this is halarious they are backordered on keyboards. i hope this gives htc a slight hint that they f***ed up on the touch pro. i bet we could get over 10 people to say they have had over 5 touch pros replaced because of the keyboard. im glad you got your phone back. i just call in and they send me a new/reburb in a couple days and i just switch my stuff. ONCE i had a dumb phone and said they would fix an issue with it but then a couple days later i called and asked about this and they had no clue what i was talkinga bout, but i have alltel so im a little different. seems that sprint trys to save money by fixing it like this. wonder if thats why alltel went bankrupt they just threw new/refurb phones at us.
