Yes I have tried the website and it says I am out of advance exchanges (I have done 3 already this year since I bought the phone). According to the HTC rep that I spoke with, it doesn't. And yes I do have TEP.

Ouch. well, I know that HTC may not want to cover the warranty, because they apparently are lacking in the knowledge department. ::cough cough::

And you said that you live appx 100 miles from the closest service & repair center? Ouch. Well, it should be covered under both the 12 month warranty as well as the TEP. Thanks for the quick response. I'll check into it a bit and see what I can find/think up. Btw, check your PM Inbox, emd2009.

Well I just recheck and there is actually a new one thats 40 miles away. I may just end up taking it there. What do I need to bring with me if I go? The account is solely under my Dad's name but I know the pincode for the account, does he need to come with me or can I go alone?

Awesomeness! 40 miles is still a decent drive away, but it's a lot better than 100 miles. You would need to bring in the phone itself, flashed to stock ROM and (preferrably) relocked. I know at my service center, Godzson and myself are the only two(maybe one other) that know what to look for as far as unlocked/custom flashed ROMs. You can go by yourself, as you shouldn't need the PIN code for the account.

Hey Godzson and Nathan, well I made my service appointment online last night after some much appreciated help. It's today at 1, anyways so I wake up this morning and now all of a sudden it's not doing the charger thing LOL.....It's still acting kinda buggy when I plug it in but who knows. I am gonna go in anyways and see if they can reproduce it or figure something out. I am just hoping they are half as nice as the both of you. I'll post back and let yall know how it goes.

Haha, sorry for the late reply....Yea so it definetely did NOT do it at the repair center. And them checking out my phone consisted of them putting it on the charger I brought, letting it charge and saying yep it is charging, see the battery bar shows full, and saying there is no problem......And of course, tonight around 10:30 the damn thing starts doing it again!!!
