help please htc touch pro

i believe i have the biggest failure of a touch pro to date. it started with the key board acting up, then the phone got WAYYYYYYYYYYY SLOOOWWWWW and now when i try to turn it on it just vibrates... BUT if i hold in the rest button it will boot up ad work as long as its pressed the sec i let go its gone. i cant go to sprint warranty because i dont use the phone on their network i had it added to metropcs. what should i do...will htc fix it ???? if they will is it free??? can i fix it if they cant?

Have u tried a hard reset?

HTC will fix the phone if it's still under warranty but I believe I heard somewhere that u have to send it to them & it could take a couple weeks or so before u actually get it back.... It's a long shot & I could be wrong..

I would flash back to a stock & relock it to be safe.... How long did u have the phone?

You might be better off getting one off of ebay or something

so their rep tried to tell me that my phone broke because i used it on metro pcs...so i was like letme get this straight your saying that my phone boke because i had its esn added to the metro pcs database and updated my prl? you sure its not that htc made a crappy phone with various flex cable, ear piece, keyboard, and lcd problems... maybe i should talk to someone who understands electronics, could you transfer me to a superviser?
