so is any chef making a new rom with these fixes in it? because the VZW TP sucks with the memory, I'm wondering if this ROM does the performance any favors? specially tweaked for our sucky device?

You have to install NETCF v3.5 if you need to use Advanced Configuration Tool with this firmware upgrade.
