So if i want to change my rom is there anything special I need to do? or just use the RUU like the first time?

Read the threads stuck to the top of the upgrade forum.
1. How to UnLock (you only have to do this once)
2. How to flash.
3. Flash a custom rom.
4. Buy some Mt Dew cause it's addicting.
5. Goto Step #3. (endless loop)

Yea I know how to do all that. I never saw a topic about reflashing tho. Do I just flash the same way I did before or is there something I have to uninstall first?

yes the same way... unless u relocked your phone, which you should not have done, but if u did, then u unlock, and same thing again...

load Mighty mike 4.16 and ul see the difrence fdrom the crappy stock rom... FLYS!! it f'n FAST... using mikes rom since 4.5...flashaholic..have tried others and always go back to mikes.. i love it.. FAST stable..and load ur custom stuff and it will FLY .. i have tried the new Mike 5.. still in beta mode.. went back to 4.166 and I LOVE IT

try alkll the roms to see which u like best... but all will be better than crapy stock

The ROM mod community are a great combination of people interested in great UI experience and optimization. The ROM developers give users the chance try new features/functionality... to be honest - ROM modification is not for everyone... it's for the nerds, geeks, and cool kids who just are never satisfied... those always looking for the next fix!
