[HELP]phone doesnot work...

After I flash the touch pro(SPRINT) to MightyROM5, the phone does not work any more, it's a special sign on the screen. and I re-flash it to an old rom, the sign still there...
what is that meaning? how can I fix it?
anyone can help with it?
